From Route 1 in Rockland:

Turn onto Maverick Street (at McDonald's Restaurant) and proceed about 1/4 mile. Building is on the right—look for sign in front of building that reads "Maverick Place."

From Route 17:

Follow Route 17 to Rockland. After crossing over Old County Road you'll be on Maverick Street. The building will be on your left—look for the sign in front of the building that reads "Maverick Place."
